Katrina Newlyn
Katrina has worked in dentistry since 1998, starting her career as a dental nurse before progressing into management. She is passionate about supporting practice managers, helping teams grow, and creating positive patient experiences that build trust, confidence, and lifelong oral health.
Victoria
Victoria joined the practice in March 2026 as Practice Manager after a break from dentistry. Her career began in 2009 as a dental nurse, and she is passionate about support for patients and the team. Outside work, she enjoys her boys, mad dog, travel, history, cross stitch and gardens too

Ketan Panchal
Dr Ketan Panchal graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Dental Institute, London, in 2007. Became a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has postgraduate training in Restorative Dentistry. Alongside Dr Avi Bhundia, he has grown the Chancery Dental Group across Northamptonshire, leading its strategic development, mentoring clinicians and driving innovation.
Avi Bhundia
Dr Avi Bhundia graduated from King’s College London Dental School in 2001 and has postgraduate training in advanced restorative dentistry and dental implantology. He has a particular interest in restorative dentistry, helping patients restore the function and appearance of their smiles. Alongside Dr Ketan Panchal, he has helped grow Chancery Dental Group across Northamptonshire, leading its strategic growth, financial management, and long-term development.
Sawan Tana
Sawan graduated from the University of Plymouth and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease, especially those who are nervous about visiting the dentist. He has a particular interest in providing composite fillings and crowns, focusing on restoring both the function and appearance of patients’ smiles. Outside work, he enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and spending time exploring new places with family and friends.
Manjit Bains
Manjit graduated from the University of Plymouth and enjoys the variety that general dentistry brings, with every day offering new opportunities to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He is passionate about providing high-quality, personalised care and creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient. Outside work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, relaxing, and making the most of time together.

Krish Shah
Krish has been a dentist for six years and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special interest in aesthetic care. He is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and making nervous patients feel at ease. Outside work, he enjoys the gym, staying active and hiking.
Balachander Selvaaraj
Balachander graduated from Pondicherry University in 2000 and has over 25 years’ experience as a general dentist, with interests in orthodontics and implantology. He enjoys helping patients achieve confident smiles. Outside work, he enjoys reading, films, cricket, badminton and hiking too
Pavleen Kaur
Pavleen is a Dental Hygienist and Therapist with over four years’ experience helping adults and children achieve healthy, confident smiles. She creates a relaxed, welcoming space where patients feel fully supported. Outside work, she enjoys baking, beauty and time with family and friends.
Zarha Shirazi
Zarha has worked in dentistry since 2016 and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Outside work, she loves travelling, shopping, watching movies, and exploring new places whenever she can.
Siavash Khasraghi
Siavash has worked in dentistry since 2016 and enjoys helping patients improve their oral health and confidence. He has a special interest in periodontal treatment and restorative dentistry. Outside work, he enjoys watching comedy films, cycling, and playing football in his spare time.
Meacah Yohannan
Meacah has worked in dentistry for 13 years after qualifying in India and genuinely loves what she does. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout visits. Outside work, she loves spending time with her daughter, painting together and going on little adventures.
Manisha Chawla
Manisha has worked in dentistry for seven years and enjoys helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with friends, discovering new places to eat, relaxing with a good movie, and making lasting memories.
Parth Pandya
Parth is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles through preventative care and advice. He takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming space, especially for nervous patients. Outside work, he enjoys keeping active, learning skills and time with family.
Rebecca Taylor
Rebecca graduated from the University of Leeds in 2014 and has helped patients achieve healthy mouths for over a decade. She is passionate about preventative dentistry and helps patients maintain oral health. Outside work, she enjoys family time, friends, and travelling whenever she can..
Diana Malecka
Diana graduated as a Dental Hygienist in Poland in 2010, although her passion for dentistry began much earlier. She loves building relationships with patients and creating a friendly, relaxed space where they feel well cared for. Outside work, she is a proud mum of two and a devoted dog lover.

Rachel Harman
Rachel is Head Patient Care Coordinator at The Dental Centre and has worked in dentistry for 34 years, including 27 at the practice. She began as a dental nurse before moving into reception, where she enjoys building patient relationships. Outside work, she loves cooking, family, animals.
Sandra Wright
Sandra has been part of ESDC since 2005 starting as a dental nurse and gaining experience in orthodontics, X-rays, suture removal, impressions and fluoride application. She enjoys supporting patients as a Patient Care Coordinator. Outside work, she loves travel and time with her two dogs.
Ekin Boyraz
Ekin is a Patient Care Coordinator at The Dental Centre and enjoys helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their journey as well as being caring and approachable. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Alicia Barnett
Alicia joined ESDC in 2026, and this is her first role in a dental practice. She enjoys learning new skills, expanding her knowledge, and supporting patients as part of the team. Outside work, she loves travelling and takes every opportunity she can to explore new places and experience different cultures.

Catherine Wintersgill
Catherine has been part of the Elizabeth Street team for nearly 36 years, starting as a Dental Nurse and now working as Clinical Lead. She combines chairside nursing with admin duties and enjoys supporting patients and the team. Outside work, she loves hiking, theatre, music and fitness..
Jo Cousins
Jo has been a qualified dental professional for over 30 years and part of the Elizabeth Street team for almost 25. She enjoys building lasting patient relationships and helping people feel at ease. Outside work, she enjoys dog walks, running, reading, cooking, eating and listening to heavy metal music.
Monika Krzyzanowska
Monika began her journey in dentistry in 2024 and quickly discovered it was her passion. She enjoys supporting patients and continuing to develop her skills as part of a friendly team. Outside work, she loves reading, spending quality time with family, and taking long dog walks whenever she can.

Justyna Mazuchowska-Wojcik
Justyna is a Dental Nurse with over 15 years’ experience and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits. Outside work, she is a proud mum of three and runs a photography studio in Corby.

Charlotte has been a dental nurse for nearly three years and enjoys supporting patients and being part of the team. Outside work, she loves travelling, with Rome being her favourite place to visit. She also enjoys quality family time and keeping busy with her two cats and dog every day…
Emily Lewis
Emily has been a dental nurse at the practice for the past nine years and is passionate about providing excellent patient care. She has a keen interest in expanding her knowledge of dental radiography and oral hygiene instruction. Outside work, she enjoys art and travelling whenever possible.
Kathryn Jackson
Kathryn joined the practice as a Decontamination Nurse in 2024 after being a patient and loving its friendly, caring atmosphere. When a role became available, she applied and genuinely enjoys being part of the team. Outside work, she loves the gym and spending time with her grandchildren.
Joey Peverelli
Joey has worked at Elizabeth Street since November 2024 as a dental nurse and loves helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is passionate about supporting patients and the team with kind, professional care. Outside work, she enjoys family and friends, often with a glass of wine

Alicia is a dental nurse who loves what she does and takes pride in producing work she is proud of. Outside work, her personality revolves around going to the gym and anything psychology or crime related. When not working, she is lifting weights, caring for 11 pets and feels there is always room for more.
